John says "We have sailed Hobie Cats for 16 years and when we saw the TomCat 6.2 for the first time we became very interested.After talking to Ted Strain, asking the usual questions, we decided to buy and took delivery of boat #12 on June 18/99.

What a boat she has been. She's easy to sail, very forgiving, luxurious, and as a result has us spending much more time on the water.Lunches on board, sometimes an afternoon nap. A great swimming platform and many pleasurable moments on the water with family and friends.

We especially enjoy the boat's stability and performance in rough water. It has truly opened up a whole new world for us.

Ted and son Tom have been most helpful from the first time we met at the boat show right up to delivery and then some. They have always been happy to answer any questions we might have.

We thank them for building such a wonderful boat and wish them every success."
